  A pretty old IGA, the nearby coles is considerably larger and newer with a bigger range and likely lower prices.

  Very limited deli section, which is sad because a great deli section has made me such a loyal IGA shopper no matter where I've lived. It's also surprising, given the multicultural make-up of the area. This IGA is also really small in general, and the prices for things at this IGA are higher than the same items at other IGAs. The checkout staff were pretty unfriendly and more interested in their phones than having a normal interaction, like, 'How's your day?' 'Yeah, fine, thanks, how's yours?' sort of thing. One of the shelving staff was really nice and apologised for them not having any of the brands of any of the various items I wanted to buy. I asked if I could get a message to the owner about getting some of my super-regular things in, and she said it wouldn't change anything. She looked wry. It wasn't busy, but she was the only person in the store who said more than one word to me, deli, aisles, checkout. I'm going to have to shop at the local Coles to get the stuff I want, which is really sad, because I like supporting IGA. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  Friendly staff here who are helpful. The place really does have the small grocer feel to it.
